Terms & Conditions

By purchasing The Accountability & Strategy Series (12 Weeks), you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final. Because this is a coaching and accountability service that begins upon purchase, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be provided for any reason.
• Scheduling: You will receive a scheduling link after purchase to book your sessions. All 12 hours must be completed within 12 weeks of the purchase date to maintain accountability and program integrity.
• Session Format: Sessions may be booked in 1-hour or 2-hour blocks depending on your needs. Any unused hours after the 12-week period will be forfeited and cannot be rolled over, rescheduled, or refunded.
• Scope of Service: This program provides accountability, guidance, and strategic advice only. It does not include done-for-you systems, templates, or custom implementation of business operations. For full systems coaching or salon buildout consulting, a separate program is required.
• Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a call. Sessions canceled or missed without proper notice will be counted as completed.
• Confidentiality: All conversations and materials shared within sessions are confidential and intended solely for the enrolled client. You agree not to share, record, or distribute any part of the coaching calls or related materials without prior written consent.
• Proprietary Information: Any concepts, tools, methods, strategies, templates, or frameworks shared during sessions (verbally, visually, or in writing) are the exclusive intellectual property of KOMI Education. These materials are provided for your personal business use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works, programs, or education offerings without written permission.
• Results Disclaimer: This program is designed to provide guidance and accountability. Your results depend on your effort, follow-through, and implementation of discussed strategies. No specific financial or business outcomes are guaranteed.
• Communication: Light audio or email check-ins between calls are available for brief updates or accountability, not extended coaching or full plan revisions.
• Payment: Full payment of $2,899 USD is required upfront to confirm enrollment. Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full regardless of participation level.
