1. General Terms

By purchasing or downloading any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms, without exception. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use or purchase any of the Products.

“Releasees” include KOMI Education, KOMI Extensions, Studio 989 Inc., subsidiaries, affiliated companies, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, past and present employees, agents, coaches, representatives, successors and assigns, volunteers, and Stella DiGiovanni.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 to purchase or use templates, courses, and products from KOMI Education.

3. Payment and Refunds

a. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Online education (courses, webinars, digital downloads, templates, guides, etc.)
Physical toolkits, color swatch rings, and extension products

b. Non-Returnable Products
Toolkits, color swatch rings, and all physical products are considered final sale and may not be returned or refunded.

c. Doll Head + Tripod Requirement
For hands-on classes and upgrades, all stylists are required to bring their own doll head + tripod. Failure to bring these items does not qualify you for a refund.

d. Chargebacks
We do not tolerate or accept any chargeback threats or actual chargebacks. In the event a chargeback is made, we reserve the right to report the incident to credit bureaus and collections databases, and you remain responsible for full payment.

e. Payment Authorization
By purchasing, you authorize Studio 989 Inc. / KOMI Education / KOMI Extensions to charge your payment method for all fees. You also authorize us to share payment information with third-party processors for fulfillment.

4. Ownership and License

All content (videos, guides, workbooks, audio, templates, photos, graphics, training materials, toolkits, etc.) remain the property of the Company. Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, single-user license for personal stylist use. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share content or tools outside your own business.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Summary (for clarity)

Online courses & templates: Non-refundable once access is granted.
Toolkits & swatch rings: Final sale, non-returnable, non-refundable.
Hands-on upgrades: Non-refundable once purchased. Doll head + tripod required for participation.
